Hotel Respite Program

THE HOTEL RESPITE PROGRAM IN NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR

Being a caregiver of people with a disability is a role that families devote their entire lives to. Because of financial constraints, and limited availability of supportive care, families rarely get the opportunity to indulge in something like a night or two at a hotel just for themselves.

Procedure to Apply for the Hotel Respite Program

To make reservations, parents/caregivers can call us at 709-722-0790 or email to info@inclusioncanadanl.ca To apply for this program, you should be a current member of Inclusion Canada Newfoundland and Labrador. Please download our membership application form to become a member of the Inclusion Canada Newfoundland and Labrador.

Please note:

  • You cannot make reservations directly at the hotel by contacting their staff or calling their toll-free number. You must contact Inclusion Canada Newfoundland and Labrador to get the special rate.

  • You should make reservations through Inclusion Canada Newfoundland and Labrador minimum of 2 weeks in advance of your desired dates to ensure availability.

  • Although we will do our best to get the dates you are looking for, sometimes, due to availability at the hotel, we may need to consider alternate dates.

  • After Inclusion Canada Newfoundland and Labrador has made your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation, which must be presented to the hotel at check-in to guarantee your special rate.

  • For all charges at checkout, parents/caregivers are responsible.
